Feeling under the weather? Virtual Care On-Demand lets you visit with a licensed healthcare provider in as little as five minutes, all from the comfort of your home or office. If you have symptoms or one of the mild conditions below, we are here to help.
Virtual Care On-Demand is available for adults and children patients in Louisiana
- Adult appointments Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Pediatrics appointments Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm
Please note that we do not prescribe or refill controlled substances in this clinic. Please consult with your primary care provider.

How It Works
- Log in to your MyChart account on either a computer or our mobile device.
- Open the menu on the left and select "On-Demand Video Visit"
- Once you've followed the steps to be put in line, you will be prompted to complete the eCheck-In for your appointment
- You're all set. You can either join the video immediately or wait for the provider to send you a notification.

If you’ve already been scheduled for a video appointment log in to your Patient Portal (MyChart) to access your video appointment instructions or call your clinic with questions. Otherwise, feel free to check out our FAQ Sheet here.
Conditions we treat through virtual care
Although the below conditions are generally treatable via video, there are instances where your provider may request that you seek in-person care. Please note that this service cannot be used to prescribe or refill controlled substances.
